Privacy Policy

In short: Glass Player does not collect your personal data. Your music, playlist and settings stay on your own computer. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking — in the app or on this website.

Glass Player is a free music player for Windows, made by Manoj Victor (CRISS-RADO), India (“I”, “me”). This policy explains what happens with your information when you use the Glass Player app and the website glassplayer.com.

1. The Glass Player app

• Your music stays on your PC. Songs you add are played from your computer and are never uploaded or sent anywhere.
• Settings stay on your PC. Your settings, playlist, favourites and loaded themes are saved only on your computer (in the app's own folder), together with a small list of song lengths that helps the player show the correct time. None of this is sent to me or anyone else. Uninstalling Glass Player removes it.
• No account, no ads, no analytics. The app does not track how you use it.
• Internet: the Microsoft Store version does not connect to the internet by itself — updates are delivered by the Microsoft Store. “Support Glass Player” and “Get more themes” simply open this website in your web browser.
• Microsoft Store: when you download or update Glass Player from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft handles that under its own privacy statement.

2. This website

• No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking.
• Hosting: the website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks (Cloudflare privacy policy).
• Fonts: one font is loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads (Google privacy policy).

3. Buying a theme

Themes are sold through Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: you enter your payment and contact details on Dodo's own secure checkout page, not on this website. I never see your card details. Dodo shares with me only what is needed to deliver and support your purchase — for example your name, email address, the theme you bought and your country. I use this only for your order and for helping you if you contact me. Dodo's own privacy policy applies to the payment.

4. UPI donations (India)

A UPI donation is handled by your UPI app and your bank. I receive only what UPI shows any receiver — for example the payer's name, UPI ID and the amount — and use it only to receive your donation.

5. Emails

If you email me, I use your email address and message only to reply to you.

6. Children

Glass Player can be used by everyone. The app collects no personal data, and I do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Your choices

You can ask me at any time what order information I have about you, or ask me to delete it, by email. Payment records kept by Dodo Payments or your bank are covered by their own policies.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
