Terms of Use

In short: Glass Player is free to use. Themes are optional extras you can buy to support the project. Please use them for yourself and don't resell them. The app is provided as it is, made with care by one person.

These terms apply to the Glass Player app and the website glassplayer.com, made by Manoj Victor (CRISS-RADO), India (“I”, “me”). By using the app or the website, you agree to them.

1. The app

Glass Player is free. You may install and use it on your own devices for personal use.
Please don't sell, rent or redistribute Glass Player, and don't present it as your own.
If you download Glass Player from the Microsoft Store, the Microsoft Store terms apply as well.

2. Themes

Themes are optional digital add-ons that change the colours of the player. The Classic look is always free.
Themes are sold through Dodo Payments, the merchant of record for these purchases. Dodo handles the payment, taxes and receipts, and its terms apply to the payment.
Buying a theme gives you a personal licence to use it in Glass Player on your own devices — for as long as you like, also after updates. Please don't resell, share publicly or redistribute theme files.
Prices are shown on the website in US dollars; the exact total, including any taxes, is shown on the checkout page before you pay.

3. Donations

UPI donations are voluntary gifts to support Glass Player. You receive nothing in return for a donation, and donations are not refundable — except a payment sent by mistake (see the Refund Policy).

4. Your music

Glass Player plays music files that you add yourself; it does not provide or sell music. You are responsible for having the right to play the files you use.

5. No warranty

I work hard to make Glass Player reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without any warranty. I can't promise that it will always work without errors or on every computer.

6. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, that comes from using the app or the website. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for themes in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under the law and that cannot be limited.

7. Changes

I may update the app, the themes and these terms. The current version of the terms is always on this page, with its “Last updated” date.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
